Your breakout session preferences: During registration we ask for your preferences, to help us allocate sessions to rooms; they are NOT firm bookings. If a session you want is overbooked, we may make a random sample from these preferences, and let you know the outcome.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 21 days or more from the event date. No refund if cancelled 20 days or fewer from the event date.
