Accessibility at the SRA Conference 2026

The Social Research Association is committed to making this conference welcoming and accessible for all attendees. Below is key information about the accessibility features and support available at the venue, the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).

For Deaf and Hard of Hearing Visitors

  • Hearing induction loops are available in:
    • Wolfson Theatre
    • Seligman Theatre
  • Live captioning and BSL interpreters will be provided for all presentations in the Wolfson and Seligman Theatres. We would like to note a particular thank you to our sponsor, Verian UK, who made an additional contribution to support the provision of BSL interpretation.

For Visitors with Visual Impairments

Visitors who require guided assistance around the building are advised to contact the Royal College of Physicians at least 24 hours in advance. While the RCP will do their best to support all requests, assistance cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement.
