SRA TRAINING CANCELLATION TERMS:
 
If you want to cancel your place on a course, please let us know by email to both these addresses:

If we receive your email 21 or more days before the course date we will make a full refund, or cancel your invoice.
 
If you cancel 20 or fewer days before the course date, no refunds can be made; or, if paying by invoice, payment will still be due. This also applies when requesting to move to another date.
 
You can send someone in your place provided that you let us know their name, email, and phone number at least 3 working days before the course date.
 
If the SRA has to postpone a course for any reason then an alternative date will be offered. If this is not suitable then any payment made will be refunded in full.

 

If you have technical problems accessing the course on the day, we will try to help you.  But if the issue is outside the SRA’s control, we will not be able to make a refund or re-arrangement.
