A free early evening seminar in Cardiff on 'School spending across the UK: trends and challenges'  presented by Luke Sibieta, Research Fellow at the IFS and Education Policy Institute.

Please note - we have had to reschedule this event to Monday 14 Ocotober (was 1 October)

Luke Sibieta will compare the level of school spending per pupil across the UK, how these differences have evolved since 2010, and the factors driving differences in trends and levels across the UK.  The presentation will also set out the overall funding challenges facing policymakers across the UK, and potential options for the upcoming spending review. This will draw on the IFS annual report on education spending, which is due to be published mid-September 2019.
