I have been working in the voluntary sector for over a decade, starting at the Charities Aid Foundation where I was Head of Research until 2011. I founded Vantage Point Research in January 2012, and specialise in social research for charitable organisations as well as market research for SMEs. Recent and current clients include Wiltshire Air Ambulance, The ME Association, Nesta and Relief International UK. In addition, I have also been an Honorary Research Fellow for the Centre for Philanthropy at the University of Kent since 2012, and am working on a five-year longitudinal evaluation for the Heritage Lottery Fund for the Centre.
